+ What payments do you accept?

You can pay via cash, check, venmo or cards. (Cards have a procesing fee on our end so we try to avoid if possible, but will accept for your convenience)...whichever is easiest for you! Check's can be made out to Colin's Detail Garage

+ Can I wait at the shop while my car is being detailed?

It is best if you can get a ride to/from your appointment, as the appointment will take a few hours. Additionally, if depending on the workload prior to your appointment, we may not be able to start your vehicle at the exact appointment time.

+ Is pet hair removal included in the price?

Short answer..it depends. If it has pet hair, the price will definitely be on the higher end of the range given. However, if there is excessive hair inbedded in carpets and/or seats, there will be an additional charge. If the vehicle has leather seats and rubber floor mats, for example, pet hair removal is less of a process, therefore there would not be an additional fee.

+ Do you provide pick up/ drop off services?

Yes! If you are within a close proximity of the shop (no more than 15 min), we will pickup and dropoff your vehicle free of charge. Our insurance covers the transit portion.

+ How long does each service take?

Interior only: Apprx 2.5 hours (depending on vehicle size/condition)

Exterior only: Apprx 1.5 hours

Interior + Exterior: 3-4 hours

The interior portion varies the most because every interior requires a varying level of attention

+ What services are included in each detail?

Please visit our services page to see the list of included items. If you would like it included, it is likely that it is, as every job is done as thoroughly as possible with no “base” packages.

+ Where can I find your prices?

Because prices for each service vary, it is more efficient for us to quickly provide you with an accurate quote than to provide a wide price range. We guarantee we will be in contact with you shortly after you request a quote!

+ Is smoke removal included in the interior details?

Because smoke removal is a time consuming process in addition to the normal detail, it will be an extra charge to have smoke odors removed. If you smoke in your vehicle, a normal detail can still be done which will help lingering odors, but will not remove them.

+ Is the quote given going to be the same as the final price?

As long as the conditions are as expected, yes. If the job takes a bit longer than expected, the original quote price will be upheld. Exessive pet hair, bodily fluids such as vomit or urine, scratch removal etc. may be additional charges. It is best if any specific concerns are addressed prior to making your appointment
